ORDERING FROM A DISTANCE

How ordering works.

  1. Send us photosPhotos of your hair in daylight, plus the look you want.
  2. We recommendWe suggest the method, length, colour and quantity, with a clear quote including courier.
  3. Confirm and payIn-stock items are sent once payment clears. Made-to-order items take about 3 weeks from a 50% deposit.
  4. DeliveryYour hair is couriered to your door. We confirm delivery times for your area when you order.

WHAT WE SEND

What can I order?

  • Clip-ins and halos. Removable extensions you can wear yourself.
  • Hair toppers. Coverage for thinning hair. We recommend a fitting if you can visit.
  • Salon extensions for your own stylist. Tape, weft and bond hair for a qualified stylist in your area to install.
  • Aftercare. The products we recommend for extensions and toppers.

Permanent extensions need to be installed by a qualified professional. If you can travel to Johannesburg, we will gladly install them for you.
