Clip on at home
Put your topper on and remove it yourself. Clip-on options do not require monthly salon refitting, although they still need washing, gentle handling and care.
We check that your own hair provides a suitable place for the clips and explain how to fit and remove your piece.

Salon fitting with rings
Nano and/or micro rings are placed around the base of a suitable topper. It stays fitted between appointments, with maintenance approximately monthly.
We assess your hair and chosen topper before recommending this method and agree your care schedule with you.
Selected glue-on options
Some toppers can be attached using a glue-on method. Suitability, fitting charges and ongoing care are discussed individually at consultation.

A fresh start at every refit
Your ring maintenance appointment gives us time to remove the piece, care for your own hair and refit your topper.

Wash and careWe wash your hair. The topper can also be washed; we confirm the care needed and any additional charge beforehand.

Your topper questions
Will a topper blend with my own hair?
The aim is a result that works with your own hair and preferred style. Colour, density, length and base choice all contribute. At consultation we compare suitable options and discuss any separate cut or colour service needed.
Can I remove it myself?
You can remove a clip-on topper yourself. Nano- and micro-ring fittings are removed and refitted in the salon. Glue-on options have their own removal and care requirements, explained before fitting.
How often will I need maintenance?
Ring-fitted toppers normally need maintenance approximately monthly. Clip-on toppers do not need monthly refitting. We confirm the schedule for your chosen method.
Can I wash, style, exercise or sleep with it?
Care depends on your topper and attachment method. We explain washing, drying, styling and overnight care for your selected piece. Tell us if swimming or regular exercise is part of your routine so we can discuss this before you choose.
How long does a topper last?
Lifespan varies with the piece, how often you wear it and how it is cared for. We discuss expected wear and replacement needs for your chosen topper at consultation.
Can I try toppers before ordering?
Yes. Your free consultation lets you try suitable available pieces, discuss the different bases and compare attachment options. We confirm the price and expected timing for your selection.
Does a topper treat hair loss?
A topper provides cosmetic coverage and volume. It does not treat the underlying cause of hair loss.
